Student government key in the functions of running SHIP. From organizing and running the meetings to making suggestions and decisions over the convention and the future of the organization, Student Government is a great responsibility as well as being a lot of fun.

2005 - 2006 SHIP State Officers

All officers are asked to attend all Board of Governors Meetings. Also, every participating school is asked to send up to two representatives, not including State Officers, to the Board of Governors meeting as well to participate in the decision making process.

It is up to you to make sure your school is involved in the governing of SHIP as well as making sure SHIP is a success every year.

The Next Board of Governors Meeting will be held at Chautauqua Institute, tentatively set for Friday and Saturday , October 13 and 14
